Materials
All INOLAV cabinets and mirrors are made using solid wood or hardwood plywood with wood veneer. The main type of wood used is solid oak, well known for being heavy, strong, and durable with semi-pronounce pores. We do not use particle board, HDF, MDF or any other low quality board. This translate into long lasting cabinets with solid frames and high tensile strength. All of the hinges used are heavy duty with a soft close mechanism, and have adjustable capabilities. The drawer sliders are soft close and hidden for an elegant look. Sliders are very strong and capable to withstand even the heaviest of loads with outstanding easiness. The hanging system for our wall mount units are from BLUM (Austria). One of the best hardware companies in the world. This hanging system allows you to adjust the cabinet after it’s been hung for a perfect leveling.
Construction
INOLAV only builds its cabinets using solid wood frames for maximum strength. Dado joins are the most popular among our solid wood frame construction. All of our furniture comes fully assembly from the factory. None or minimum assembly is required. Drawer construction is dowel jointed with eternal binding glue using solid wood 5/8″ thick. This type of joint is just as strong as dovetail but cleaner looking.
Finish
All INOLAV furniture pieces undergo a 10 step multi-finish process to ensure a water resistant and heavy duty varnish. This process allow our finishes to withstand the test of time and bathroom conditions. This process includes multiple layers of sanding, fine sanding, pre-stain, final stain, sealing, baking, varnishing, and cleaning. All products are inspected by hand under rigorous quality controls and are free of any dust particles.

Showers
Materials
INOLAV faucets and showers are made with first quality solid brass with high copper content. This translates into high purity and strength. All of our sink faucets use lead free brass and for all other applications lead content is kept under 1.2%. We only use top ceramic cartridges from KEROX (Hungary), one of the best cartridge makers in the world. This cartridges have been tested up to 500,000 cycles while maintaining a tight and smooth operation. INOLAV uses NEOPERL aerators from Switzerland. This aerators are of outstanding quality and also water savers. Supply lines are made of stainless steel from FANSKI rated at 1.6MPA of working pressure. Our shower diverters are from top brand FLUHS made in germany.
Construction
All INOLAV faucets are made using the latest technologies and resources available in the industry. The inner structure of the faucets is created by advance die casting using machines from Italy. The best CNC techniques are then used to machine the faucet body using a great degree of exactitude. Polishing is done in two stages: one by an automated machine imported from Spain and then by hand to ensure a perfect polish. Quality control is done at different stages of the construction process. The full automatic and dust-free plating line uses the best techniques and the best quality in the industry. Assembly is done by hand using torque spanners that ensure a perfect fitting when installing the cartridges. Every faucet is tested under 0.75MPa of air pressure and 1.6MPa of water pressure to guarantee no leakage. After the test, the products are checked again for scratches or other surface defects.
Finish
All INOLAV faucets feature a triple plated and ultra smooth surface finish. Our thick plated coat consist of three layers over the solid brass body: Alkali cooper coat 1~3µm, Nickel coat 20~30µm, and Chrome coat 0.2~0.7µm. This make our finishes appear brighter and thicker than other brands. Our finishes can bear up to 48 hours under the CASS test for corrosion.
